Construction details:

Outer and inner skin kevlar/carbonfiber reinforced sandwich material
with nomex honeycombs. Frames reinforced with carbonfiber. Highest
quality epoxy resin, same as used in aerospace industry. Vacuum bag
technique is used to guarantee total bonding between outer layers and
sandwich core. The combination of aramidfiber (kevlar) and epoxy resin
results in a tear and impact resistance of the outer skin, that cannot
be matched with other materials for the same weight.
Following innovations have been made: Extra reinforcement of the gun-
wale with additional full size carbon layer and employment of full
carbon foam frames.

Additional parts included:

Fitting stainless steel or aluminium. Sliding seat wood with holes. Hard anodised aluminium tracks, adjustable. carbon two stay riggers with Insert gates. Footstretcher fully adjustable with Adidas shoes. Boat with splashboard. Details according to your specification sheet.
